BIC JUMBO CHISEL MAGIC WINDOW MARKER PINK WINDOWS

Hours of entertainment, only limited to how many windows you have or how many times you want to clean the glass.I can see BIC expanding this line of markers because they are a fun rainy day craft idea that children can do. (The jumbo chisel tip is available in additional colors.) My son especially wanted blue, black and green. The bullet tip BIC Window Markers currently come in two color packs: white/red and yellow/pink (neon). My childrens' biggest complaint is that there were not more colors. My children love the markers and have decorated several windows in my house with them. I decided to only use water and a cloth to remove the marker from the window.ДЄs you can see the markers came off with just water even after sitting on my windows for two weeks! I waited two weeks to even attempt to clean the window.

I was determined to prove this statement wrong. I have used window markers in the past, and I think I still have marker on my window from them. I admit I was quite skeptical on the clean up because it said it removes with a wet cloth. In the up-close picture of the red, pink and yellow, you can see those markers were nice and smooth. The red, pink and yellow markers were fantastic - the flow was nice and smooth but not runny. I am not sure why but my white marker didnвЂ™t seem to work as well as the other colors it did not flow as nicely.ДЄs you can see the white was streaky, unlike the yellow. Priming the markers took the most time with the white. From experience there is nothing worse than giving kids a product that does not work the way it stated it would. I of course wanted to see exactly how well the markers worked before my children used them. According to the packaging on the markers: вЂњBIC Magic Marker Window Marker features highly visible ink designed to adhere to glass! The vivid colors are perfect for both transparent and dark surfaces and removes with a wet cloth.вЂќ Naturally when I was sent the Bic Window Markers my children were very excited. You won't get lightheaded using these markers.My children love drawing and painting on windows. There is a tiny bit of a smell to them, but it's very mild and dissipates quickly, unlike other brands of markers in the stores. The bullet tip version is the size of a standard permanent marker or highlighter and is best for your finer details.ДЄnother thing that I like is that they are very low odor. I like the way it feels in my hand, and, if you are going to do a major piece of window art, you're definitely going to want the comfort of the larger barrel. The jumbo chisel tip marker is quite large - it's longer than the bullet tip version and it's almost an inch in diameter. (At least, after being wiped down twice, my windows were very clean!) It's not really a big deal and it wasn't difficult (no elbow grease needed) but I thought I should mention it because it might be a bit more bothersome on a large commercial window than it was on my sidelight. I used a wet paper towel and the ink dissolved immediately, however, it left significant residue on the window even after I wiped it dry with a dry paper towel, so I had to repeat the process. After I made my drawings, I walked away and amused myself with fantasy football for a while and then came back to try to clean the windows. The ink is not runny and does not drip down the surface - you can see that by myВ lovely pictures. The markers write smoothly on the glass - I had no problems at all. I tried just pressing and holding the tip as the instructions say to, but the ink didn't seem to come into the tip until I let go and pressed a second time. It takes a little while for the ink to get to the tip the first time you use the marker, but after that, it flows easily. These are similar to paint markers in that you have to shake them first and then depress the tip on a couple of times on a firm surface to start the ink flowing.

The surface appears black, but that's because it was nighttime. These drawings were on a normal glass window.

As you can see, the colors are indeed vibrant - look at how bright my tulip is (bottom window, lower left - just in case you can't tell). So this was my attempt at creativity with the markers.
